Maison Elegance Furniture – Store Terms & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds once an order is placed.

Special Orders & Layaways

• Special Orders: Special orders and custom fabric selections are not subject to cancellation under any circumstances. Availability is estimated (typically 10–12 weeks), and seller is not responsible for manufacturer delivery delays.

• Layaways: Layaway plans are non-cancellable. Any proceeds or prior payments will be forfeited if layaway terms are not completed.

Exchanges & Approved Returns

Exchanges or cancellations are strictly subject to seller approval. If an exchange, cancellation, or return is approved:

• A minimum 15% restocking fee of the purchase price will be assessed.

• Transportation and freight costs of merchandise picked up or returned are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery & Space Measurement Responsibilities

• Fitting Your Space: Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise through doorways, hallways, and stairways. It is the customer's responsibility to measure prior to ordering.

• Delivery Windows: Seller can designate a day for delivery, but not a specific time window.

• Old Furniture: Seller cannot move, haul, or rearrange existing old furniture on-site.

Damages & Warranties

Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Seller makes no express warranties beyond any written descriptions itemized on your invoice and does not alter manufacturer warranties.
