Maison Elegance Furniture – Store Policies & Delivery Terms

Local Delivery Area Only Maison Elegance Furniture provides local delivery services only to Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and surrounding Washington service areas. We do not offer long-distance or out-of-state shipping. Any online orders placed with delivery addresses outside our designated local service zone will be automatically canceled.

Lead Times & Order Processing

  • In-Stock Furniture: Typically scheduled and delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Special Orders & Custom Fabrics: Require an estimated arrival lead time of 10 to 12 weeks from the order date. Special orders are placed into production immediately and cannot be canceled or modified due to manufacturer timelines.

Local Delivery & Service Terms

  • Delivery Fees: Local delivery is charged at a flat rate starting at $150 (as itemized on your receipt/checkout).

  • Scheduling: Our team will contact you to assign a delivery date once your items arrive and clear warehouse inspection. While we set a specific day, exact arrival time windows are estimates and subject to traffic and scheduling conditions.

  • Space & Access Measurement: Buyers assume all risks and responsibilities regarding whether purchased merchandise fits through entryways, doorways, hallways, stairwells, and into the designated room.

  • Old Furniture & Pathways: Pathways must be clear of obstacles before delivery drivers arrive. For liability reasons, our delivery team cannot move, haul away, or rearrange your existing old furniture.

All Sales Are Final & Return Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds once an order is placed.

  • Exchanges & Approvals: Any exchange or order cancellation is strictly subject to seller approval. If approved, a minimum 15% restocking fee of the purchase price will be assessed. The buyer is responsible for all transportation and freight costs associated with returning or picking up merchandise.

  • Layaways: Layaway plans are non-cancellable. Any prior payments or proceeds will be forfeited if layaway schedule terms are not completed.

Merchandise Inspection & Freight Claims Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery:

  • Inspect all boxes and items before signing the delivery driver's proof of receipt.

  • If damage is visible on the external packaging, write "Damaged upon arrival" on the driver's slip before signing.

  • Any defects, concealed damage, or missing pieces must be reported with photos to vlad@maisonelegancefurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and process replacements.

Warranties Seller makes no express warranties beyond any written descriptions itemized on your invoice. Seller assists buyers in exercising applicable factory warranties but does not alter manufacturer terms.
